About Us

The Allerton Hill Financial Group is based in Hull, Massachusetts. It was founded by Attorney David Grossack for the purpose of expanding the scope of his commercial debt collection work and to provide state of the art business to business debt recovery services for clients nationally and internationally.
David Grossack has enjoyed a diverse and respected career as a civil litigator.

He now supervises
the collection activity at Allerton Hill in addition to his interests in his law practice and other ventures.
Mr. Grossack has represented clients in the wholesale food industry, publishing , utility services,
shipping, retail, construction, law firms, insurance companies and other industries in collection matters. He enjoys the debt collection field, and is actively engaged in the details of our collection efforts.

You Need To Know

The Allerton Hill Financial Group acts as an agent for clients for the purposes of recovering debts. We never settle cases without permission from our clients and we strictly adhere to all rules and regulations regarding commercial debt collection.  When cases are referred to counsel, counsel acts as our subcontractor.

Cases are handled. on a 33 1/3 % contingent basis. . We don’t get paid unless we make money for you. That’s our motivation to work especially hard for you.
